• What is the return policy?

  My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right. In general, if the item is damaged or mis-represented, I'll make it 100% right. If the customer simply wishes to return the item, then return shipping is not offered and a 25% restocking fee applies.

• How long does a repair take?

  Most repairs are completed within 5-7 business days, depending on the complexity and parts availability.

• Why is Shipping so expensive?

  In order to protect the mixers, I use about $25 in packing materials and my shipping cost is $30-$45 depending on location.

• Is there a Warranty on Mixers for Sale

  Absolutely! I offer a one-year warranty and stand 100% behind my products and work. Please see the Warranty page for more details.

  A Certified Mixer is fully inspected, cleaned, and repaired using only brand new OEM parts. Please see Certified Mixers for more detail.

• Where are your products manufactured?

  I strive to purchase only Made in USA products, even down to zip ties and boxes. Support American Manufacturing!
