Matt’s Mixer Repair – Limited Service Warranty (Washington State)

Our Commitment
Matt’s Mixer Repair provides professional mixer repair services and stands behind the quality of its workmanship. This Limited Service Warranty is provided in accordance with applicable Washington State law.

Warranty Coverage

  • Labor Warranty:
    Matt’s Mixer Repair warrants that repair labor will be free from defects in workmanship for one year from the date of service.
  • Parts Warranty:
    • New parts are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
    • Used or refurbished parts, when approved by the customer, are warranted by Matt’s Mixer Repair for thirty (30) days, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty applies only to the specific repair services performed by Matt’s Mixer Repair and only to defects that arise from our workmanship during the warranty period. If a covered defect occurs, Matt’s Mixer Repair will, at its option:

  • Re-perform the affected repair at no additional labor charge, or
  • Replace the affected part with a comparable part.

Exclusions

This Limited Service Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or operation outside manufacturer specifications
  • Failure to perform routine cleaning or maintenance
  • Electrical or utility issues external to the equipment (including outlets, breakers, voltage irregularities)
  • Damage caused by water, fire, pests, corrosion, or environmental conditions
  • Repairs, adjustments, or modifications performed by anyone other than Matt’s Mixer Repair
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Consumable items (including belts, seals, gaskets, lubrication), unless expressly included in writing

Warranty Claims

To obtain warranty service:

  1. The customer must notify Matt’s Mixer Repair within the applicable warranty period.
  2. Proof of service (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
  3. The equipment must be made reasonably available for inspection.

Warranty service does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, this Limited Service Warranty is the exclusive warrantyprovided by Matt’s Mixer Repair for repair services.
No other express warranties are made.

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period stated above, to the extent such limitation is permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, Matt’s Mixer Repair shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of use, lost profits, business interruption, or downtime
  • Food loss or spoilage
  • Incidental or consequential damages

Matt’s Mixer Repair’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair giving rise to the claim.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original customer and is not transferable.

Consumer Rights Notice

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary under Washington State law.
