The base was repainted using Behr Chiffon Cream and a 2K clear coat, then wet sanded and polished. There are a couple knicks in the paint already, I just didn’t want anyone to feel bad about putting the first scratch in the new paint 🤦‍♂️. On the rest of the mixer, there are some marks and signs of use in the paint. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMechanical: 9\/10. This is a solid mixer in great condition internally. There’s a little grumble at STIR and a little warble at 4. There is also a faint gear train noise from the planetary, but all looks good and well-aligned (it's also covered in my warranty). Like all 40 year old mixers, it makes noise, but it’s a solid machine.
